Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress from America. Her most well-known role was in the role of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding supporting Performance on a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward, she has appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and was awed by acting while attending Preparatory School. In the late 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. She was a theatre student in the theatre department at Northwestern University and spent a year in the British American Drama Academy. Anna worked by the theater in the Chicago region for a couple of years, before attempting her hand at television as well as films. Anna was cast as Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode show Down the Shore. She also guest-starred on the show. played in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. In fact, it was only in the latter part of 1990 when she was cast in a role in The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons of Deadwood, which was filmed during the middle 2000's. Skyler was on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully, the Deadwood film and other films also featured her. Gunn has also appeared on the stage to play in the David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. The actress starred as Numbered Days, which is a four-part audio show that premiered set in 2022. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's marriage to Skyler. Walter White's life story and the strain on the marriage he shares with Skyler is mirrored in the series.
